CallScripter is designed to ensure non-technical users are able to build complex campaigns quickly and easily. With over 100 drag and drop controls and ready-made templates, as well as a series of advanced data management tools, the CallScripter product range is varied and all-encompassing.

Initially developed for contact centres, we now cater for a wide range of industries, including charities, financial institutions and ticketing solutions.

Based upon the Microsoft .NET framework with a SQL server at the backend, CallScripter is a browser based application that guides the agent through the communication process with the consumer, ensuring all relevant information is collected in a controlled sequence and delivered in the correct format, to the right recipients.
