Third Party Integrations
CallScripter's design is based upon open standards allowing easy integration with 3rd party contact centre applications such as Predictive Dialers, PAF Software, Voice Recording and Online Credit Card Processing.
With our extensive Call Centre experience and in house development team we are able to undertake integration projects on your behalf or simply assist your own team of developers as required.

Postcode Software
We have integrated with all of the main PAF software providers. Our current install base includes the following versions:

Direct Debits
Similar to the PAF integration CallScripter offers a user-friendly interface to the Bank Wizard & BankFinder software packages that assist contact centres with the collection of information for setting up Direct Debits. Simply enter the bank account number and sort code and Bank Wizard returns the Bank Details and confirms that the account accepts Direct Debits. Not only saving time but also cutting out human error.
Bank Wizard is supplied by Eiger Systems and BankFinder is a product of AFD Software.
Credit Card Processing
By integrating into the Online Card Processing platforms, not only can CallScripter be used to capture credit card details but can also perform 'real time' checking and processing of the payments. As with the Postcode and Direct Debit packages the integration is seamless and the agent never has to leave the script.
We are currently working with a number of providers all of which we are using within our in-house call centre (www.ansaback.co.uk) who take 100's of orders each day.

Predictive Diallers
As stated CallScripter offers its own outbound functionality, however we have chosen NOT to offer predictive dialling as part of the standard product. However we do have clients who work in a predictive environment and to this end we have carried out integrations either for our clients or directly with the Vendors themselves.

Telephony / CTI Integration
As an independent provider of Call Centre Software we are called upon to provide integration over a wide range of Telephony Platforms.
The main functionality required is for CTI to enable the "screen popping" of inbound calls and preview dialing of outbound records. As standard we provide this functionality via a TAPI interface (implemented as an Active X control sitting in the main Executer screen) with the phone system.
As CallScripter is a web-based application it is also possible to "pop" scripts via the firing of a URL, this functionality is becoming increasingly more common especially with the advent of the soft switch.
