Training Streams
CallScripter training is divided into three streams, allowing you to easily select and identify your
training:
- Getting Started
There are four standard courses available for new users, or those wishing to top up their
CallScripter knowledge; providing an overview of the CallScripter product,
with scope to focus on individual modules if required.
- Role Based Training
At CallScripter we recognise that some training modules
are more suited to specific job roles, therefore training programmes exist for key functions.
- Additional Training Support Services
The CallScripter training team are
able to carry out a comprehensive training needs analysis, in order to assist in identifying the learning requirements within
your organisation. We also provide a professional “Train the Trainer” programme, tailored around
CallScripter, but valuable skills are taught that are applicable to any training delivery scenario.
