CallScripter also offers some expansion modules that can be supplied on demand to further enhance the functionality offered.

Web Access

The Web Access section of the software allows raw live data to be seen in real-time. Customers who have scripts running in the Call Centre can log in over the Internet from any location at any time to see data that has been collected within the script and download and produce their own reports from this information.

The standard reports included with the module are:

New reports can easily be create using ASP and dropped into the relevant folder within the CallScripter Directory. These reports can either be developed by your own technical people or referred back to the CallScripter technical team who will quote for the work involved.

Billing & Invoicing

Developed specifically for Outsourced Contact Centres this module automatically generates PDF invoices that can be printed or emailed directly to your customers. By allowing each customer to be assigned individual pricing structures, the module provides a fully integrated billing platform that produces an output that can be imported directly into Sage.

The module has a number of areas that can be customised to match the customer's requirements. These include;

Time Bands
These allow you to invoice your customers different amounts depending on the date/time of the calls they send you i.e. Office Hours, Weekends & Evenings.

Invoice Communications
Users can enter relevant information to be conveyed on the invoices, such as settlement text, details of special offers, notices and any other information.

View / Edit Customer Invoices
Users can view & edit the invoices once they have been produced manually adding additional items to be invoiced whilst automatically created invoice items can be edited or deleted if necessary.

Import To Sage
All posted invoices can be exported in a .csv format specifically designed for import directly into the Sage line 50 packages.

Encryption

Our current release includes a new Encryption module to assist with the ongoing dilemma of how contact centres keep the large volume of sensitive customer data secure.

The module will provide CallScripter users with an easy way to encrypt of any piece of data entered into the script and will conform to the 3DES/RSA standard.

Users will be able to create encrypted CallScripter reports which can be emailed to their customers with a private key and will remain encrypted until they are passed through CallScripter's stand-alone decryption application.

For Contact Centres who wish to provide real time processing of Credit Card data we integrate with a number of Payment Gateways who conform to the new PCI guidelines.
