Inside Sales

We are looking for an energetic ambitious person who wishes to start a career in enterprise software sales with the view to developing into account management or new business sales. The individual must have good verbal and written skills, keen to learn and be comfortable on the phone or face to face with customers and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Desk based phone sales into existing customer accounts
  • Execute against a number of daily/weekly telephone callout targets set by the Sales Director
  • Provide inside sales assistance to partners via phone, email and face to face
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce customer information and manage activity on a daily basis
  • Be able to travel to our London office on an as needs basis for client meetings and events
  • Look for opportunities to increase business with existing customers
  • Work with clients to provide solutions using CallScripter
  • Telemarketing for events and new business as defined by the Sales Director
