Overview
The CallScripter team consists of enthusiastic Call Centre Professionals who all have in depth knowledge of the industry
from both a suppliers and end user perspective. We believe in developing our own staff through the organisation and many
of the team initially worked within Ansaback allowing them to gain an understanding of how a modern contact centre works
before graduating into the software arm of the business. This allows us to understand the issues facing our customers and
in some cases we even pre-empt requests for new functionality as we see the same needs within our own contact centre.
This provides us with a major unique selling point as it means CallScripter has been developed based upon real experience
and knowledge of a demanding call centre environment.
The application effectively guides the agent through the communication process with the customer, ensuring that all
relevant information is collected in a controlled sequence and saved in the correct format at the right location.
Reports can be quickly delivered in a variety of formats, including automatic generation of letters, faxes, e-mails and SMS
messages. CSV files can be produced for importing into other database systems. All reports can be scheduled to run at set
times and delivered automatically.
CallScripter's powerful scripting system enables staff to quickly and easily create full multimedia call flows for use by
the company's customer facing agents. There are over 100 drag and drop controls and ready-made templates, allowing you to
build and amend the most complex campaigns in a matter of minutes whilst a series of database connection tools enable
CallScripter to interact with legacy systems.
