Another Successful CCExpo!

Last month CallScripter attended the Customer Contact Exposition in London’s Olympia. Once again, it was a heavily attended conference. Some of the main highlights this year were Matthew Dixon’s session on enhancing the customer experience in the Leadership Arena, Peter Tilbury and Parham Saebi’s presentation on Building and Sustaining Effective Partnerships and Interactive Intelligence’s IKEA case study. And of course, we can’t forget The Call Centre’s Nev Wilshire with his active session in the Leadership Arena!

As the industry evolves, so does the Customer Contact Expo with a wider range of products and services being exhibited such as customer engagement tools and behaviour analysis.
