CallScripter Attends Interactions APAC 2016

CallScripter is delighted to announce that they are once again heading down under for Interactive Intelligence’s Interactions APAC conference.

This year’s conference agenda focusses on digital disruption, an area that CallScripter is continually monitoring as they develop the application. Having an in-house contact centre affords Development Director, Andy Hemingway, unparalleled insight into how digital contact centres need to position themselves in this ever changing climate. “How organisations manage their customer interactions is changing with emerging new engagement platforms. What stays the same is the high level of service expected from customers. By constantly analysing the CallScripter application and keeping up to date with disruptive technologies, we can meet both of these demands.”

The last 18 months has seen CallScripter’s global presence grow, mostly in the Australian and European markets. After winning a high-profile, Sydney-based customer last summer and developing relationships with Australian partners, CallScripter is keen to continue working with Interactive Intelligence to grow the APAC market, and Interactions will provide the perfect backdrop.

“After a very successful Interactions APAC last year, CallScripter will be returning in September to engage with our growing Australian client base. We have lots of new functionality to showcase and are of course looking to make new contacts on a customer and partner level.” Says Kevin Ellis, Commercial Director for CallScripter. “Being UK based, Australia is a rather long journey for us so we will certainly be making the most of the trip with existing customer and new prospect meetings in Sydney and on the Gold Coast.
