Introducing…Elliott Drewell and Aston French

We are excited to announce the arrival of two new bods in CallScripter’s Professional Services Team!

Elliott Drewell has been with the company for two years in our outsourcing division, Ansaback, and as a result is extremely au fait with the CallScripter software; this will stand him in good stead as he steps into his new role as Helpdesk Support Analyst. With guidance from Professional Services Consultant, Rob Farrance, Elliott will be the first line of support for our customer projects. We wish him all the best in this new career path.

Aston French will also be joining the CallScripter division of the business as a Junior Support Analyst. As a new face to the company, Aston will first get to grips with our software handling and then move on to platform delivery and maintenance with our resident Platform Specialist, Mike Hollett. We look forward to welcoming Aston to the team.

As we welcome these new members to our team, we would also like to congratulate Rob Farrance on his promotion to Professional Services Consultant. After 12 months as CallScripter’s Helpdesk Support Analyst, he will hand the reigns over to Elliott and will now be managing customer projects. Well done Rob!
