Rob Farrance

Robert joined IPPlus as a call agent in 2009, moving quickly to shift supervisor and then senior client coordinator. His technical capabilities brought him to the attention of the CallScripter Professional Services team which he joined in 2015 as Helpdesk Support Analyst. Rob has shown exceptional initiative in this new role; demonstrating impeccable communication skills and problem solving techniques and has now taken on the role as Professional Services Consultant, managing customer projects. In his spare time Rob enjoys snow sports, squash and dodgeball.
