Another Successful CCExpo!

Last month CallScripter attended the Customer Contact Exposition in London’s Olympia. Once again, it was a heavily attended conference. Some of the main highlights this year were Matthew Dixon’s session on enhancing the customer experience in the Leadership Arena, Peter Tilbury and Parham Saebi’s presentation on Building and Sustaining Effective Partnerships and Interactive Intelligence’s IKEA case study. And of course, we can’t forget The Call Centre’s Nev Wilshire with his active session in the Leadership Arena!

CallScripter Attends CCExpo 2014

Another Busy Call Centre Expo for CallScripter

As per previous years, the exhibition was once again packed with the latest contact centre management trends and insights, innovative developments in technology and networking opportunities.
